Special Education
Ingham ISD serves over 6500 students with needs that qualify them for special education. Special education provides these students with specially designed instruction that addresses the unique needs of individuals with disabilities. Special education is provided at no cost to parents and includes the related services a student needs to access educational programs in Ingham County. Early intervention services are provided to children from birth to age 2, and school age children are eligible to receive services from ages 3- 26.
